-2 x 4 pack of Your Prep turkey burgers
supermarket ingredients
-8 small bread rolls of choice
-300g coleslaw mix
-1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
-American Mustard for sauce
-1 bunch green oak leaf lettuce
-3 dill pickles

STEP 1
  • Preheat oven for 180 degrees. Slice all bread rolls in half and place in the oven for a few minutes, or until starting to golden.
STEP 2
  • Place Turkey Burgers in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or in a frypan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
STEP 3
  • To assemble, top each bread roll base with lettuce, coleslaw, then a Pattie, pickle slices and sauce. Sandwich with the bread roll tops and secure with a toothpick. Enjoy.
