Combine the tandoori chicken with 1/2 cup of yogurt in a large bowl. Toss and cover for 5 minutes in the fridge.
Meanwhile, combine the cucumber, mint and yogurt in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat fry pan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and browned.
Divide the rocket among the wraps. Top with chicken and a dollop of yogurt mixture. Roll up tightly and serve.
