-500g Tandoori Chicken - Your Prep
-1 Cup Greek Yogurt
-1 x Cucumber, Finely Chopped
-1/4 Cup Shredded Fresh Mint
-1 x Small Packet of Rocket
-4 x Wraps Of Choice

STEP 1
  • Combine the tandoori chicken with 1/2 cup of yogurt in a large bowl. Toss and cover for 5 minutes in the fridge.
STEP 2
  • Meanwhile, combine the cucumber, mint and yogurt in a small bowl and set aside.
STEP 3
  • Heat fry pan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and browned.
STEP 4
  • Divide the rocket among the wraps. Top with chicken and a dollop of yogurt mixture. Roll up tightly and serve.
