Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Place tandoori chicken on a tray lined with baking paper and evening layer the chicken across. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minuets or until cooked through. .
To make the salsa - combine the mango, cucumber, green onion, mint leaves and chilli into a bowl. Squeeze over juice of one lemon and set aside.
Remove chicken from the oven and place on a serving tray. Sprinkle salsa over the top of chicken. Serve with greek yogurt and naan bread. Enjoy.
