- field mushrooms
- mixed asian salad bag
- one bunch of shallots
- soy sauce
- Changs fried noodles

RECIPE

STEP 1

  • First lets preheat a fry pan on the stove
  • Wash and prepare your mushroom cups by removing the stem
  • Empty salad into a bowl for easy filling

STEP 2

  • Add plain or ginger beef mince to fry pan to heat
  • Finely chop shallots and add to 1/4 cup of soy sauce

STEP 3

  • Remove mince from hot plate and into a bowl for filling
  • Fill your mince cup first with hot mince
  • Followed by salad and soy/shallot mix
  • Top mushroom cups with dried noodles
