Satay Chicken Burgers

Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat. Add satay chicken and cook until browned on both sides. Add a tbsp of peanut butter for extra crunch.
Whilst chicken is cooking, start to prepare your burgers. Cut burger buns in half. Create a bed of lettuce leaves, carrot and cucumber.
Add the cooked Satay chicken on top. Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the top. EnjoY!
