-500g Satay Chicken
supermarket ingredients-Burger Buns of choice
-1 Cucumber - Thinly sliced
-1 Carrot - Shredded
-1 Bunch of Cos Lettuce
-1 tbsp Peanut Butter
-Sweet Chilli Sauce

STEP 1
  • Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat. Add satay chicken and cook until browned on both sides. Add a tbsp of peanut butter for extra crunch.
STEP 2
  • Whilst chicken is cooking, start to prepare your burgers. Cut burger buns in half. Create a bed of lettuce leaves, carrot and cucumber.
STEP 3
  • Add the cooked Satay chicken on top. Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the top. EnjoY!
