-500g Seasoned Beef Mince
-OR/ Turkey Patties
supermarket ingredients
-1 Long Loaf Turkish Bread
-Salt & Pepper
-1 Tbsp Olive Oil
-1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
-BBQ Sauce of Choice
-4 Large Button Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
-1 Red Capsicum (Your Prep)
-2 Cups Baby Spinach (Your Prep)
-4 Slices Cheddar Cheese

STEP 1
  • Heat oil in frypan over medium-high heat. Add mince of choice and cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion to the pan and continue to cook for another 7-10 minutes or until onion is browned and mushroom is cooked through.
STEP 2
  • Preheat oven grill. Cut Turkish bread into 4 pieces, then split each through the centre. Top bottom slice of bread with mince mixture, top with slice of cheese. Place under grill for 3 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from grill. Top with onion, mushrooms, capsicum, spinach and bbq sauce.
STEP 3
  • Place top slice of bread until the grill for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from grill, place on top of sandwich and enjoy.
