-500g Plain Turkey Mince
-500g sweet potato
-Spinach

supermarket ingredients

-2 garlic cloves, crushed
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-2 wholemeal Lebanese breads/wraps
-2/3 cup pizza sauce with garlic, onion and herbs
-1/2 small red onion
-200g baby tomatoes, halved
-Grated mozzarella Cheese
-2 tablespoons pine nuts

STEP 1

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking papEr.

STEP 2

  • Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook mine for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Add garlic and spices and cook for a further minute or until fragrant.

STEP 3

  • Place one Lebanese bread on the prepared baking tray. Divide the pizza sauce, top with mince mixture and sprinkle with onion, tomatoes, cheese and pine nuts. Cook in oven for 12 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.

STEP 4

  • Top pizzas with baby spinach. Serve with yogurt and Lemon wedges.
