-500g Your Prep Turkey mince
supermarket ingredients
-250g bean sprouts
-1 small garlic clove, crushed
-6cm piece of ginger, finely grated
-2 pinches of sugar
-4 tbsp soy sauce
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 tsp sesame oil
-4 tbsp olive oil
-1 x 270g packet of soba noodles
-2 avocados, diced
-4 spring onions, finely sliced
-2 tbsp pickled ginger
-Seaweed, sesame seeds and chilli powder to top

  • For dressing, add the garlic, ginger, soy, lemon juice, sesame seed oil and olive oil to a large bowl and combine.
  • Cook noodles as per the instructions on the packet and heat the your prep turkey mince in the microwave for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Add noodles, mince and bean sprouts into the large bowl with dressing and mix well.
  • Pile the noodle mixture into a serving bowl and top with avocado, spring onion and pickled ginger. Crush up seaweed and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chilli powder. Enjoy.
