For dressing, add the garlic, ginger, soy, lemon juice, sesame seed oil and olive oil to a large bowl and combine.
Cook noodles as per the instructions on the packet and heat the your prep turkey mince in the microwave for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Add noodles, mince and bean sprouts into the large bowl with dressing and mix well.
Pile the noodle mixture into a serving bowl and top with avocado, spring onion and pickled ginger. Crush up seaweed and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chilli powder. Enjoy.
