- PLAIN beef mince
- 2 cups grated or finely chopped vegetables (YOUR PREP SweEt Potato & Zucchini)
supermarket ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, olive oil, butter or ghee
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushe
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup frozen peas (Optional)

STEP 1
  • Heat the oil, butter or ghee in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
STEP 2
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion softens (about five minutes).
STEP 3
  • Add the mince, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned (about five minutes).
STEP 4
  • Stir in the curry powder and cook for one minute. Add the grated or chopped vegetables and peas, stirring until cooked through.

STEP 5

  • Serve as is or with toast or a fried or poached egg.
