-500g Your Prep seasoned beef mince
supermarket ingredients
-1 x medium brown onion, chopped)
-2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
-1 carrot, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
-1 tbsp of plain flour
-1 cup beef style stock
-350g packet asian noodles (Your Choice)
-1 bunch baby pak choy, trimmed and shredded
-1/2 cup frozen peas
-2 tbsp soy sauce

STEP 1

  • Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon for 8-10 minutes.

STEP 2

  • Add carrot. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Add flour. Stir in stock. Season with pepper. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

  • Meanwhile, place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 3-5 minutes. Drain.

  • Add pak choy, peas and soy sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Add noodles. Toss to combine. Serve.
