Prepare rice according to the directions on the packet you chose. In a dry pan, toast the peanuts for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and roughly chop.
Heat your 500g Your Prep Ginger Beef in the microwave.
To serve: Serve the ginger beef on a bed of your favourite lettuce & rice. Top with cucumber sticks, toasted peanuts & chilli.
Drizzle over soy sauce and lime juice and enjoy!
