Firstly a thought from me on Safia...
Well, when I was first introduced to Safia I thought it would be a great idea for me to learn some sign language to make her feel comfortable. Unknown to me, sign language is not universal, which makes sense now. I fumbled good morning, how are you? Which instantly made her laugh and feel at home. All at my expense haha.
From that day forward I have felt an incredible connection with Safia, she has a work ethic that matches her passion and she has continued to surprise me week after week. All I can say is Saifa mentions she is blessed for this opportunity, well, we are eually as blessed to be fortunate enough to have you a part of the Your prep family.

Words from Safia
"Your Prep has been an amazing place with such lovely and caring people. Working here has changed my life. I was struggling to find employment after suffering from mental illness for many years and being hearing impaired had also made it very challenging. Matt from Your Prep has given me a chance to work here. The day I received an email from Sharon at Maxima informing me of employment opportunity I was extremely excited but also nervous and anxious at the same time. I was very worried that after my two-day trial I may not be the right person for the job. Matt from the first day I meet him has been an amazing person to work for. very supportive and compassionate! This opportunity has helped me build my strength and give n me back my life. I now have something to look forward to work every week and I'm in love with what I do!"
"I feel a part of something and this makes me food good about my self, my life now has meaning. I feel very blessed to have been given this opportunity."
